You may study anatomy and physiology, which is essential for safe massage practice. You may learn about terminology, body systems, and state laws. You may take a detailed look at soft tissue manipulation, including musculoskeletal pathologies and dysfunctional patterns. You can also explore alternative therapies, such as acupressure.

Within this program, half of the days are spent in class and the other half in labs where you may practice learned techniques. This practice is valuable, as it provides you with work ready skills. Upon completion of the program, you can obtain Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork National Certification. This should help put you on the path to a great massage career!
