As a pharmacy technician, you'll often take on a central role in the preparation and delivery of drug products, and act as a liaison among the doctor, pharmacist, and patient - making you an invaluable support staff member for licensed pharmacists. Pharmacy technicians enjoy the challenge of highly detailed work, as well as working with people. 

Program Highlights & Objectives

The Pharmacy Technician Program provides you with applicable skills and knowledge to ensure qualification for entry-level positions as a pharmacy technician. You should gain strong mathematical, organizational and technical skills needed to count and measure medication, manage inventories, and complete pharmaceutical dosage forms. This program includes an externship that may introduce you to valuable workplace experience.
